DELIVERY

We deliver to all Australia and New Zealand wide via Australia Post.

For bulk quantity, please contact us for a special quote on the best postage costs for you.

Final shipping cost is calculated based on the combined weight of all items in your cart once you have entered your location.

Domestic:
- Standard Australia Post $12.00 (AUD), Transit Time: 2-5 business days (Metro Areas).
- Express Australia Post $16.50 (AUD), Transit Time: 1 business day (Metro Areas).

International:
- International Standard Post $50.00 (AUD), Transit Time: 6+ business days.
- Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

UPDATE - There may be slight delays due to COVID-19 or other unforeseen delays with our delivery network.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Express Post with a required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Please be sure to provide correct and complete addresses, including a company name if applicable, contact name, and telephone number. Dispatch of orders may be delayed where address or payment information requires correction or verification and Heavenly Craft will not be held responsible for any delays incurred because of missing data.

Delivery occurs during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
